10.31.11 Newnan

On Monday I went to Newnan to do the following maintenance in the building.

In the 4th room of the mechanical room I finished wiping and dusting the heaters, pipes and spider webs. I had to sweep and vacuum the floor and cleaned it with the cleaning solution, then mopped it real good. Then I sealed it with the bonding prime and by tomorrow it will be dry and ready for painting.

In the first room I trimmed out using a paint brush around the pipes, heaters and duct vents. I had to crawl in between the heaters and it was very time consuming. I used a roller to complete painting the rest of the floor in the mechanical room.

In the second room I trimmed out using a paint brush around the pipes, heaters and duct vents. I had to crawl in between the heaters which was a small area to paint and it was very time consuming. I used a roller to complete the painting of the rest of the floor in the mechanical room.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff

10.28.11 Newnan

On Friday I went to Newnan to do the following maintenance work in the building.

I scraped the old paint off the floor in the 2nd room and swept it up, vacuumed it and put the cleaning solution on the floor. After that I had to mop the floor to get it all off to clean it good. Then it was ready for me to put the bonding primer on it.
I used a paint brush for the edges and rolled the rest of the floor with cleaning solution in the mechanical room.

I had to use some mildew remover on the walls to wipe them down to remove the mildew. I sprayed the pipes and the heater with degreaser and wiped them down and cleaned them.

I had to scrape the old paint off the floor in the 3rd room and swept it up, vacuumed it and put the cleaning solution on the floor. After that I had to mop the floor to get it all off to clean it good. Then it was ready for me to put the bonding primer on it.

10.26.11 Newnan

On Wednesday I went to Newnan to help Jon to do the following maintenance work in the building.

Ms. Mary asked me to take the tray off the caulk board, but Jon asked me not to take it off until we paint the room.

I moved the ceiling tiles for them to lay properly in the ceiling.

The chapel lights were all lit up, no problems found.

I checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel and they worked good.

We removed boxes and bins from the mechanical room and put them in the outside shed.

In the mechanical room I had to scrape the dead paint off the floor, swept it up, used the grinder to make the floor smooth and vacuumed it real good. I used a dust mop to clean the spider webs and dust in the room. We sprayed the room for mildew on the walls. We also sprayed it with cleaner and had to mop it real good.

We had to wipe down and clean all the heater units in the mechanical room. We had to spray the pipes with mildew cleaner and wipe them down.

There were several boxes and items that we removed from the mechanical room and put them in the outside shed.

We took a broken medal coat rack apart and threw it in the dumpster.

Worked 9 hours,

Jeff
