10.11.11 Calhoun

On Tuesday I went to Calhoun to do the following work orders and maintenance work in the building.

FBJ32743 This building has natural gas (item #1019) and has underground metallic gas piping. (completed)

FBJ30076 The light has been installed on the top of the parking lot light pole. (completed)

FBJ29067 The fire alarm deficiencies in the hallway have been fixed and it has normal condition on it. (completed)

FBJ29836 It was raining all day and I noticed the drainage was working good in the front lawn, no problems. (completed)

I noticed the basketball goal outside by the shed was knocked down and broken at the bottom of the pipe.

The changing tables were tightly secured to the walls.

The women's and men's restrooms through out the building were in good condition, toilets flushed good and no leaks were found.

I checked the vacuum cleaners and they all worked properly and had good suction.

I took a few pictures in the Primary room where Mike had completed painting the walls. The paint matched good and the walls in the room looked good also.

The won doors through out the building were opening, closing and latching properly.

The kitchen appliances and the plumbing in the serving area are working properly and no leaks found.

I tightened the screws on the legs of the classroom tables as needed through out the building for them to be secure.

The comcast tech arrived at 10:30 and left at 2:00. I helped him find the conduit pipe to run the cable from the pole back into the building. We had to pull the wire through the conduit to have enough to hook it unto the box to the pole on the outside.
The tech also added two boxes, one of them was a smc box, and they were put in the coat room. He tested all the cables and boxes to complete the job.

The lights in the chapel are working properly, no burnt bulbs.

The pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system are working properly in the chapel.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
