12/31/10 Mars Hill

On Friday I went to Mars Hill to do the following maintenance and work orders in the building.

Touched up some woodwork on the doors of the classrooms with stain in the hallway, they had scratches and chips on the bottom. (completed)

Touched up some woodwork with stain on the step of the chapel, there was scratches on the edges. (completed)

Checked the pulpit control, the fuse, satellite and sound system and all are working good. (completed)

Checked the tables in the classrooms and had to tighten the screws on all of the legs as needed. (completed)

Checked all 4 vacuum cleaners and they all are working good. (completed)

Adjusted the strike plate for the door to shut properly. (Completed)

I had to drill two new holes in the frame to adjust the strike plate for the door to shut properly. (completed)

Checked the attic lights and all are working properly. (Completed)

FBJ13647 The 3-way switch for the font area lights still has not been done by ABG. Someone may need to contact them again about the status of the work that has not been done. (not completed)

12-30-2010 Carrollton

On Thursday I went to Carrollton to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.


Checked all lights in the hallways and the attic. (completed)

Checked the pulpit control and fuse,satellite and the sound system and it's all working good. (completed)

Painted the ceiling tile in room 107 and 108. When the sprinkler system broke they got wet and I fixed them. (completed)

Checked all the HVAC system and all is heating good. (completed)

FBJ29041 The shed lock was hard to open and I sprayed it with WD40 and cleaned it out good and had to file the key a little bit and now the key goes in and out good. (completed)

FBJ28997 Removed the old sign and put a new sign on the serving area door, in the kitchen. (completed)

Patched the cracks with joint compound in the hallway over a door. (completed)

FBJ13614 The vent and back of the shed needs a new vent, I will go to home depot and get one for it and a gallon of yellow paint for the posts. (incomplete)

In the men's restroom someone turned off the water on the toilet and I turned the water back on and it is working good, no leaks. (completed)

Checked all the HVAC systems and all are working good and heating good. (completed)

Changed two new light bulbs in the women's restroom. (completed)

On Tuesday I went to Cartersville and the Stake Office to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

FBJ13574 Could not fix the dripping faucet, I didn't have the proper tools, need to call a plumber for repair. (incomplete)

Checked the pulpit control and fuse, satellite and sound system and all worked good. (completed)

FBJ29081 Checked heater in RS room and it was blowing hot air, it is working good. (completed)

FBJ29024 Checked carpet in the building and had issues and the carpet man came and looked at it today and they are going to come back and fix it. (incomplete)

FBJ2823 Two Pianos needed to be tuned. One in chapel and in the primary room. Would you contact Gary Farmer the piano man to tune them. (not completed)

FBJ28993 Outside drain for the sprinkler system is not leaking, prepared it. (completed)
