07.29.11 Buchanan

On Friday I went to Buchanan to do the following work orders and maintenance work in the building.

FBJ32233 The landscapers were there mowing the grass, trimming the bushes and pulling weeds around the church.

FBJ32231 I washed, caulked and painted the 4 columns on the side of the church. I had to use paper towels for the columns to dry quicker. I had to use the 6 foot ladder to paint the top of the columns. (completed)

While waiting for the columns to dry completely before the caulking could be done I had taken a few pictures of the church to show how the exterior of the building still is looking good.

FBJ32230 I repaired the bubbles on the sisal in the cultural hall. (completed)

07.28.11 Acworth

On Thursday I went to the Acworth Building to do the following work orders and maintenance work.

I checked the thermostat controls and the outside A/C units and they sound good and are working properly blowing cold air.

FBJ30238 These are the exterior doors from the back addition that Bobby asked me to take pictures of. I also took the dimension of the door which is 36x83 and the frame is 39 3/4 x 86.

I tightened the legs on the classroom tables as needed for them to be secured to the bottom of the table.

I noticed the legs on the piano bench were loose, so I tighten them back up for security.

I checked the emergency lights in the hallway and they are working properly.

I checked the plumbing in the restrooms and flushed the toilets, everything is working properly.

The lights in the chapel and cultural hall are working properly, no burnt bulbs were found.

I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system, all sounds good.

The won doors through out the building are opening and closing properly.

FBJ32127 The landscaper were there and they had blowed out the mechanical area outside and pulled the weeds out of the mulch beds by the A/C units. (completed)

I checked the microwave and other kitchen appliances and they were working properly.
