11/30/10 Cartersville

On Tuesday I went to Cartersville to do the following maintenance work.

Checked the fire extinguishers in the attic and throughout the building and they are all normal. Dated and signed the card. (completed)

Checked the fire alarm system in the hallway and it was working properly. (completed)

Checked the smoke detectors through out the building and they are working properly. (completed)

Tighten the legs on the classroom tables through out the building as needed. (completed)

Checked the satellite and sound system and the speakers in the chapel and all are working good, found no problems. Also checked the pulpit and fuse, it is working good. (completed)

Adjusted the strike plates on the doors for them to shut properly through out the building as needed. Checked the hinges, locks, closer also and had to tighten the door stops. (completed)

11/29/10 Carrollton

On Monday I went to Carrollton to do the following maintenance work.

I had taken the necessary pictures in the building for the completion of my daily report. Not sure what happened, the pictures were in the file on the desktop, but it would not let me add them to the image to post it in my report. As I was trying to get it to work properly the picture got lost as I kept trying. The weather here was rainy and sometimes the internet may acted up, but really don't know how the pictures disappeared. I apologize for this report not fully completed with the pictures as you except it to be done.

Checked the smoke detectors and all was good. (completed)

Checked the fire extinguishers they were all full charged and I signed and dated the card. (completed)

The fire alarm system checked normal. (completed)

The podium control and fuse is working properly. (completed)

Checked the satellite and sound system in the chapel and they are working properly. (completed)

Checked the thermostat controls through out the building and all is work properly. (completed)

Checked all the lights in the attic and all were working, no problem found. (completed)

Checked all lights in building and had to change one light in the relief society room that was burnt. (completed)

Checked and tightened all the legs on the classroom tables as needed. (completed)

Adjusted the strike plate on the doors as needed through out the building. (completed)

Tightened the hinges, locks and closers on doors and the door stops as needed. (completed)

11/24/10 Atlanta Lee Street Building

On Wednesday I went to the Atlanta Lee Street Building to do the following maintenance work.

A person came in today and tested the fire alarm system in the building. He said it was working good. (completed)

Signed and dated the fire extinguishers, they were all good. (completed)

Checked the fuse and the pulpit control, the movement for the pulpit was working good. (completed)

Checked the sound system for the microphone and speakers in the chapel and all is working properly. (completed)

Checked all the thermostats in the rooms and all are working properly. (completed)

I had to replace one four foot fluorescent light in the attic all others are working good. (completed)

The handles were loose on the accordion doors in the cultural hall and I had to tighten both of them. (completed)

Checked all doors and had to adjust the strike plate on one to shut properly. Tightened the hinges and locks on other doors as needed.

Checked the baby changers through out the building and they are all good and tight. (completed)

11/23/10 Cedartown

On Tuesday I went to Cedartown to do the following maintenance work.

I had to change the door stop in the culture hall, the rubber end had broke off. (completed)

In the men's restroom there was a leak in the tank of the toilet and I had to tighten the two screws on the back to seal the rubber gaskets that were loose to stop it from leaking. (completed)

Checked, signed and dated one of the fire extinguisher and the other one was checked but it was locked in the cabinet so I could not sign or date it. (not completed)

Checked the fuse and greased the pulpit control in the chapel and it is working properly. (completed)

Checked the sound system and satellite in the chapel, no problems were found. (completed)

Checked the lights in the hall way and no bulbs were burnt all is working properly. (completed)

One of the handles on the accordion door is broken off and I have the hardware for it, the screws and bolts are broken off and the rollers are hanging up real bad on the top. It is difficult to side both doors back and forth, it needs to be serviced with the company that installed it. (not completed)

The cultural hall has a tear in the carpet and I need to speak with Debbie Woodruff to see what steps need to be taken to repair it. (not completed)

The ballast in the men's restroom was replaced and needed a new fluorescent light bulb. The bulb was replace, but no after picture was taken. (completed)

Checked the fuse and the greased the pulpit control in the chapel and is working good. (completed)

Checked the emergency lights in the hallway and found no problems. (completed)

Replaced a ballast and fluorescent light bulb in the hall way. (completed)

Tightened the legs on four of the classroom tables. (completed)
