On Monday I went to Carrollton to do the following maintenance work.
I had taken the necessary pictures in the building for the completion of my daily report. Not sure what happened, the pictures were in the file on the desktop, but it would not let me add them to the image to post it in my report. As I was trying to get it to work properly the picture got lost as I kept trying. The weather here was rainy and sometimes the internet may acted up, but really don't know how the pictures disappeared. I apologize for this report not fully completed with the pictures as you except it to be done.
Checked the smoke detectors and all was good. (completed)
Checked the fire extinguishers they were all full charged and I signed and dated the card. (completed)
The fire alarm system checked normal. (completed)
The podium control and fuse is working properly. (completed)
Checked the satellite and sound system in the chapel and they are working properly. (completed)
Checked the thermostat controls through out the building and all is work properly. (completed)
Checked all the lights in the attic and all were working, no problem found. (completed)
Checked all lights in building and had to change one light in the relief society room that was burnt. (completed)
Checked and tightened all the legs on the classroom tables as needed. (completed)
Adjusted the strike plate on the doors as needed through out the building. (completed)
Tightened the hinges, locks and closers on doors and the door stops as needed. (completed)
Worked 8 hours
