08.31.11 Dallas

On Wednesday I went to Dallas to do the following maintenance that was needed for the building. The kitchen appliances in the serving area and the plumbing is working properly, no leaks found. I had to change the ballast in the light in the hallway by the RS room that was out. I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system, all is working properly. I noticed several exterior and interior doors were squeaking, so I went around and sprayed all the hinges with WD40 through out the building I tested all the outlets through out the building and found no problems. The plumbing in the women's restroom was working properly, no leaks and the toilets flushed good. The toilet in the men's restroom that was not flushing properly needed a new flow valve and flapper kit. I replaced it and it is now working properly. I checked all other plumbing and the toilet are working properly, no leaks. (completed) Mike called and asked me to check thermostat control and the outside unit for room 101 and the cultural hall and it was not blowing cold air. I received a call from Debbie and was asked to put the chain that was outside by the shed on the inside of the shed. The baby changing tables were good and tightly secured to the walls. I clean out the bugs that were inside of the light fixtures in the RS room. I also changed two light bulbs that were burnt. I checked the won doors and the handles were lacking good, they were also opening and closing properly. The chapel and cultural hall lights were all lit, no bulbs were found burnt. Worked 8 hours, Jeff

08.30.11 Cartersville

I went to Cartersville to finish the following work order I had started on yesterday at the Building.

FBJ32283 I brought my shears and cut back on the tree limbs on both sides of the building to have enough room to be able to paint the rest of the hand rails. I once again had to scrape and clean the rails and wipe them down where the paint was peeling, with a rag before painting. I also cleaned up the mess from the limbs and threw them in the dumpster. (completed)

The lights in the chapel and cultural hall were all lit up, no problems found.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
