I checked the plumbing in the men's restroom and all is working properly, no leaks were found.
I walked thru the building and found ants in the primary room, down the hallways, around the water fountains and in the kitchen. I sprayed ant and roach poison in all these areas.
I touched up some paint around the vent on the ceiling tile in the Library that was turning a dark color.
The won doors in the classrooms and in the chapel are opening and closing properly.
FBJ32406 The middle toilet in the women's restroom that has come unanchored from the floor has been repaired. I had to put a new wax toilet bowel gasket and two brass easy bolts and nuts to anchor it back down to the floor. I also screwed the waterline back on the back of tank of the toilet. I turned the water value back on and flushed it and it is working good.(completed)
The toilet paper holder in the women's restroom was about to fall off and I had to take it off to taken the bracket behind it that was loose. I put the handle back on and tighten it all up and put the roll of toilet paper back on. I checked the other holders and had to tighten a few of them also. No leaks were found with the plumbing and all toilets flushed properly.
I checked and listened to the A/C units outside by the classrooms and they were all running properly.
I had to adjust the strike plate on the side door of the entrance for it to shut tighter and all other exterior doors were good.
I checked the thermostat controls in the gym and they are set on 73 degrees.
I checked the outlets and tightens a few of the covers that were loose through out the building and they tested good.
The vacuum cleaner were all working properly.
I had to tighten a few of the legs on the classroom tables for them to be secured to the bottom of the tables.
I touched up some woodwork with stain on the base boards in the hallways. Also touched up some woodwork with stain in the chapel and a couple of doors that had scratches and chips.
