08/08/11 Powder Springs

On Monday I went to Powder Springs to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

I checked the lights, fans and locks on the picnic tables and everything was working properly.

I tested the outlets through out the building and they were all working properly.

The changing tables were all good and tightly secured to the walls.

I checked the thermostat controls thru out the building and they were all working properly blowing cold air.

FBJ32397 I noticed and took pictures of the two lamps in the lobby and one lamp on the other side in the lobby of the building. (completed)

I needed to tightened the leg on the classroom tables for them to be good and secured to the bottom of the tables.

FBJ32263 I tightened all the screws on the bottom of the partition between the chapel and cultural hall that was loosing insulation. I noticed an ant trail, so I sprayed them with ant poison. Then swept and cleaned up the mess that was on the floor. I also checked the won doors in the classrooms and they were opening and closing properly. (completed)

FBJ29996 The curtain still has not been repaired where the sister patched it, it is coming off. The top has never been repaired.

The parking lot lights outside are working properly.

The lights in the chapel and cultural hall were all working properly.

Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system and all sound good.

I checked the plumbing in the women's and men's restroom and no leaks were found and the toilets flushed properly.

The kitchen appliances and the plumbing were all working properly. Only had to set the clock on the microwave.

The two regular vacuum cleaners are working good, but the wide isle vacuum is old and worn out, probably won't last much longer.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
