03.23.12 Acworth

On Friday I went to Acworth to do the following work around the building.

I had to use a ladder to install the gutter guards. I had to use the old gutter guards and screw them on the new ones and then cut some off the old ones and side them underneath the shingles to make it good and secure. Then I had to put two screws in the front of the gutter guards to anchor it to the gutter. I had to paint the screws that I used to anchor them to the gutter with bronze paint and let them dry.
I had purchased 300 screws and painted all of them and put them back in the box in the shed with the other gutters.

03.22.12 Acworth

On Thursday I went to Acworth to do the following maintenance around the building.

I had to sand down the electrical boxes to get them ready to paint. I also brushed them with a little broom and wiped them down real good to get the dust off.

I had to use a screwdriver and pliers to take the old anchors out and replace them with new anchors to secure the boxes back on the concrete wall.

I spray painted the electrical boxes and conduits by the AC units on the side of the building. I had to use a paper guide behind the conduit so I wouldn't get the paint on the wall. I used 3 cans of spray paint and cleaned up the mess and threw it in the dumpster.

Mike brought back some gutter guards and I had to modify them to make them fit. I had to go to Home Depot to purchase 300 self tapping screws before I could start on the gutters.
