I had to remove the old insulation off of the AC copper lines. I used my utility knife to cut off the bad insulation and put it in garbage bags to throw them away.
I installed the new insulation on the AC copper pipes. I wrapped the insulation around the pipes and peeled the adhesive plastic strip off the insulation and stuck them together. I had to add another joint and tape each end with black tape from end to end.
Then I threw away four bags of the old insulations in the dumpster that I had cut off.
I had to sand down the electrical boxes to get them ready to paint for tomorrow. I also wiped them down real good to get the dust off.
