I completed installing the correct insulation for the AC unit lines on one side of the building. I had to use the bolt cutter to cut the clamps off to take all the old insulation off the AC lines. I had to sand the racks down with a grinder and wipe them down to clean the residue off, then I painted the racks. Then I installed the new insulation on the lines and reclamp the lines back on the racks. I put the old insulation in a plastic bag and threw it away in the dumpster.
The other side I had a couple of racks to finish painting. Then I had to cut all the clamps off of the lines and pull them out and threw them in the dumpster. I was able to do one unit and a half, at the end of the day, then I ran out of insulation and clamps. Mike will be ordering more later for me to complete the job.
