06.30.11 Cedartown and Buchanan

On Thursday I went to the Cedartown and Buchanan building to do the following work orders and maintenance.

I checked the thermostat controls through out the Cedartown building and they were working properly with cool air.

FBJ28813 The sidewalk issues where the curbs were significantly lower has been repaired and looks good. (completed)

FBJ30205 The irrigation was repaired - Roberts. (completed)

I checked the strike plates on all of the exterior doors and adjusted them as needed, so the doors will close and lock properly.

FBJ30245 I checked all the outlets through out the building and one was loose in the Mother's room that I had to tighten, all others were good.

The baby changing tables were all good and tightly secured to the wall.

The light bulb was burnt on the outside by the kitchen and I replaced it with a new one.

I tested all the vacuum cleaners in Cedartown and they all were working properly.

I was doing a walk outside the building and noticed the gutter had pulled out of the downspout. I had to push it back together and put a screw in it so it will not be able to come back out.

I checked the cultural and the chapel lights and they were all working properly.

I was checking the classroom table legs and found one that had a broken leg. I had a few screws in my truck and was able to repair the leg, all other legs were secured tight to the tables.

Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse and sound system and they were working good. The satellite light was not giving a signal.

I spoke with the landscaper today at the Buchanan building and he said the only way the grass would grow thick is to have a irrigation system installed.

The chapel and cultural hall lights were all working properly. And I also checked the restrooms and found no problems or leaks.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
