06.22.11 Carrollton

I went to Carrollton on Wednesday to do the following work orders and maintenance work in the building.

I noticed a sprinkler head cover was missing from the kitchen and I replaced it with another one that I found in the mechanical room.

I checked the won doors and they are opening and closing properly.

FBJ30142 I checked on the TV again today. I played a DVD with the missionaries and we did not hear any loud roaring noise. (completed)

FBJ30241 The chalkboard was coming away from the wall and I had to pull the screw out and had to put a new anchor to screw it back into the wall to secure it. (completed)

FBJ29523 The light poles have not been repainted yet.

FBJ30365 I checked the thermostat controls and they all worked properly with cool air and verify the AC repair was done - Americool. (completed)

I checked and tested the outlets in the building and they are working properly.

FBJ30319 I added a chain to the drain plug and now it is able to be pulled out of the font without getting wet. I also have a flat drain plug for a back up if needed located on top of the font. (completed)

The plumbing in the men's and women's restrooms are working properly and no leaks were found.

The lights in the chapel and cultural hall are working properly.

I checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system and it all sounds good and working properly.

I checked the kitchen appliances, the stove, microwave and refrigerator and they were all working properly and no leaks were found with the plumbing.

I checked and tightened the legs on the classroom tables as needed through out the building.
