FBJ31759 The large stain in the cultural hall ceiling is from a water leak.
FBJ31787 The stain around the speaking in the cultural is the same leak from the ceiling.
I went into the attic and looked everywhere and then went on top of the roof. It seems to be a boot that covers a pipe that it maybe leaking from. I am thinking the only way to be sure where the leak is coming from inside of the attic is when it rains then it would be possible to find the correct location. A second opinion may be needed.
FBJ31790 I had to amount the screws to hang the hymnbook holder on the back of the pew. (completed)
FBJ30062 I cleaned the bugs out of the ceiling lights around the entrance doors a couple of weeks ago. (completed)
FBJ31773 The hose was along the side of the building and I rolled it up and placed it back by the water bib. (completed)
FBJ31756 I verify that the sealcoating was not done yet - Asphalt Enterprises.
FBJ31786 I found a sprinkler cover to put in room 105, but didn't have an extra one for room 103.
FBJ31780 and FBJ31777 I touched up the ceiling tiles that were stained in rooms 114 and 117 with kilz. Later I will have to go over it with the correct paint color.
Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel and it all sounds good.
I checked the baby changing tables and secured them good and tight to the walls as needed.
FBJ31782 I repaired the hinge that was loose on the 5th door of the women's restroom. I had to push the pin back in the hinge and put a screw on the top to hold the pin for it to be secure and not come out.
The plumbing in the restrooms through out the building was working properly with no leaks.
The lights in the chapel and cultural hall were working properly, no problems were found.
I checked to see if the won door were opening and closing properly and I found no problems.
FBJ31781 I tightened the loose vent that is in room 115. (completed)
FBJ31775 I checked the exhaust fan in the men's restroom and the motor is going out. I may have to take the old motor out and find a new motor to replace the bad one. Time did not allow me to remove it, so the next time I am in the building I will remove it and get a new one.
