06.03.11 Acworth

Friday I went to the Acworth building to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

FBJ30069 I changed the thermostat control in the cultural hall on the south side and I still could not get a green light, I think it may be in the AC Unit. The other thermostats were working good with cool air.

FBJ30068 The last time I went to Acworth I repaired all the hardware on the back entry doors. I had found the parts in the clerks office to repair. (completed)

FBJ30185 I used the key that was in the key box and it works properly on both sides. Ms. Mary you may want to suggested for the bishop to use the key #B4927-MKDB, when I used it the key when in and out easily and also locked and unlocked the door with no problem. (completed)

In the women's restroom I had to repair the toilet paper holder and mount it back on the wall.

FBJ30184 There was a loose connection on the switch on the wide isle vacuum and I had to tighten the wires and the handle to secure the switch so it can be good and tight to work properly. All other vacuums were working good. (completed)

FBJ30121 I verify that the repairs were done on the broken and leaking irrigation head. (completed)

The kitchen appliances; the stove, refrigerator and microwave were all working good.

The paper towel holder in the sacrament prep room was off the wall, sitting on the counter top and I had to put new anchors in the wall to screw it back into the wall.

The chapel and cultural lights were all lit and no problems were found.

I checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system and they all sounded good.

I checked and tested the outlets through out the building.

I found the AC vent cover laying on the floor and replaced back on the vent on the ceiling in the classroom by the bishop's office.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
