FBJ29541 I replaced the old keybox with a large one in the back of the building. (completed)
I was asked to check the phone in the kitchen that was not working. The button on the phone had jelly stuck in it and I had to take it apart and clean it real good and sprayed a little WD-40 on it. I put it back together and hung it onto the wall and it is now working properly.
FBJ31803 The gutter by the back door had a leak and I had to clean it out and caulk it with clear silicone caulking. (completed)
FBJ31817 The gutter near the Lost Mtn bishop's office needed to be cleaned to prevent the water from running over the gutter and I also cleaned the downspouts. (completed)
FBJ30369 I verify that the irrigation was repaired - Roberts. (completed)
FBJ30233 Thanks to Ms. Mary the clock was brought to the library as requested. (completed)
I was asked to shut the air from the vent to about half in both of the bishop's office. There is no adjustments on the vents so I had to cut a piece of cardboard to cover half of it to stop the air from flowing too much.
The 3rd urinal in the men's restroom that was leaking has been repaired.
The threshold in the chapel had a few loose screws that I had to tighten up to stop it from moving.
Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system and they sound good.
There was a light that was out in the hallway and I changed the ballast and two light bulbs, but it still did not come on, so Ms. Mary said a electrician may need to come and check on it.
The microphone in the primary room needed to be checked, so I went and got the mic out of the library and plugged in into the primary room and turned the switch on and it was working properly.
The lights in the cultural hall were all working properly.
There was 4 high spot lights in the chapel that I could not get to come on and I will have to revisit the problem the next time I go to the building.
I was asked to flush the drain in the custodial closet that had a bad smell. I flushed it out with deodorizing spray and water.
I checked the vacuum cleaners and they were working properly.
The kitchen appliances were working properly and no leaks were found with the plumbing.
I checked the baby changing tables and tightened them to the wall as needed.
