06.10.11 Mars Hill

I went to Mars Hill on Friday to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

FBJ30148 I checked the AC in the primary room and it was working properly with cool air, but the nursey and hallway AC was not working with cold air and it needs to be serviced.

FBJ30062 I cleaned the bugs out of the ceiling lights at the entrance doors. I had to use the giant ladder to reach the lights to be able to clean them. (completed)

I checked the lights in the attic and all were working properly.

I checked the plumbing in the men's restroom and the back toilet had so much toilet paper I had to take it out and plunge it real good for it to flush properly. The other plumbing in the men's and women's restrooms were all working properly with no leaks.

The changing tables were good and tight to the wall.

I checked the legs on the classroom tables and tighten them as needed.

FBJ30090 I tried the key in the keybox and it does not work. The next time I go there if someone that has the correct key can meet me there I can open it and exchange the lock for it to open with the key from the keybox.

The lights in the chapel and cultural hall are working properly.

Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel and it all sounded good.
