06.16.11 Dallas

I went to Dallas to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

FBJ30192 The light in the hallway by the outside of the primary room had a loose wire on the ballast and I had to tighten it and it is working properly.

I checked on the won-doors in the cultural hall and the classrooms and they were sliding properly and the handles were good and tight, found no problems.

FBJ30033 I replaced the two new drinking fountains in the hallway. I had to go in the shed and find a few parts needed to repair the drain and the water line. I had to unmount the old fountains and put new anchors and brackets to the wall to be able to hang the new drinking fountains. I had to cut different size pipes to make the new fountain line up to the old drain pipes that was already on the wall. (completed)
Later I will have to add more sisal underneath the fountain.

Ms. Mary asked me to verify that the new mulch was done and it looks good.

FBJ30191 I repaired the back door that was dragging. I had to adjust the bottom hinge and tighten the jam nut and it is lifted former the bottom and is opening and shutting properly. (completed)

I checked the lights in the chapel and cultural hall and np problems were found, all were working properly.

Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system and it sounds good.
