FBJ30224 I verify that the AC was repaired in the cultural hall. I also checked the thermostat controls in the building and they were all working properly with cool air.
The lights in the chapel and cultural hall are all working properly.
I noticed there was white paint prints in the hallways through out the building. I cleaned it up with paint remover and was able to get it all off the carpet.
Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system and it sounds good.
The battery was dead in the clock that was in the clerks office and I replaced it with a new battery.
I checked the baby changing tables and tighten them to the wall as needed.
I checked the emergency lights in the building and they were all working properly.
There was two lights that were out in a couple of classrooms and I had to change the ballast on them and now they all working good.
Checked and tested the outlets through out the building and they were working properly.
I checked the gutters and the downspouts to be sure they were good and tight to the building. They were secured and the water should flow without any problems.
I checked the plumbing in the restrooms and no leaks were found, everything is working properly.
Checked the legs on the classroom tables through out the building and tightened the screws as needed.
I checked the kitchen appliances and all are working properly and no leaks were found with the plumbing.
