06.09.11 Carrollton

I went to Carrollton to do the following work orders and maintenance work in the building.

FBJ30074 I verify the mulch was done - McKinley Group. (completed)

I checked the thermostat controls throughout the building and they were all working properly with cool air.

FBJ30141 I was able to stop the water from draining with a plug for a temporary fix, until I am able to get a plug with a chain.

FBJ30142 I checked the TV in the library and put a movie in and didn't hear any loud roaring noise. If someone hears it again let me know and I will revisit the problem.

I had to tighten the switches and receptacles that were loose through out the church and put the covers back on.

I checked the lights in the chapel and the cultural hall and they were all working properly.

I tightened the legs on the classroom tables as needed through out the building.

FBJ29523 The light pole have not been repaired. I also checked the pole lights and they are working properly.

I checked the plumbing and the kitchen appliances in the kitchen and found no leaks or other problems.

I checked the plumbing in the restrooms through out the building and found no leaks or other problems.

I checked the outlets throughout the building and they are all working good.

I checked the changing tables and they were good and tight to the wall.

I checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel and all sounded good.
