I checked the thermostat controls in the building and they were all working properly. Outside I checked the units and they also were running properly and sounded good.
There was a bulb that was burnt outside on the side of the building and I changed it with a new bulb.
FBJ30076 Took a picture of the light pole that was knocked over by the member/truck driver.
FBJ29836 I took a picture of the lawn where the ground was holding water and needed to be revisited to discuss about the drainage issue and now that it has not been raining the lawn looks a lot better.
The lights in the chapel were all working properly, found no problems.
Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse and sound system, they sounded good. But the satellite system would not come in properly.
I adjusted the strike plates and tightened the hinges on the exterior door for it to shut tighter and properly. Found no problems with all other exterior doors.
I went on the roof and cleaned the gutters and down spouts as needed that had leaves.
I tested and checked the vacuum cleaners and they all are working properly.
There were several interior doors that had chips and scratches them. I did some touch up with stain on the doors as need.
The appliances in the kitchen were all working good.
I checked the changing tables and they were all good and tight to the wall.
