03.08.12 Acworth

On Thursday I went to the Acworth building to do the following maintenance work around the building and shed.

There was two septic tank lids that I had to screw down to secure them to the tanks. I drilled four screw holes in each lid and screwed it down to the tank.

There was several leaks in the corners of the gutters that I had to use gutter stop leak to spray on the cracks on the inside of the gutters.

I cleaned out all the gutters around the church. On the backside the gutters were real full of leaves from the storm, so I had to bag them up and throw them in the dumpster. I pulled all the old gutters off on the backside that were messed up and put them in the shed. Mike is ordering new ones that fit, these were all too short.

The PVC pipe in the valve box at the back of the building was too high, so I had to cut about 2 inches off for the lid to fit back on it properly.

I had to rake leaves and pine straw away from the bottom of the shed all around it before I could wash it to get it ready for painting. I scrubbed the facial and eaves and rinsed them off real good. Then I washed the doors and all the outside walls around the shed with siding solutions and rinsed it off.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
