FBJ32285 Painting is done in the room next to the clerk's office. We had to prep the room before painting it. We took off the outlet, switch, phone and vent covers. We had to tape the base boards, all around the top edge of the ceiling, around the caulk board and the door frame. (completed)

FBJ32287 We touched up the wood panel with wood putty and had to sand it that had scratches and chips. Also caulked the cracks in the base boards. (completed)
The plumbing was all good in the bathroom, no leaks were found and toilet flushed properly.
The plumbing and hot water heater in the kitchen was working properly.
The lights in the building were all lit up, no burnt bulbs were found.
I had to tighten the legs on the classroom table that was loose for it to be secured.
