FBJ32480 I completed the Safety and Health Inspection form in the building. It will be faxed to Debbie in the morning.(completed)
There was a light switch in the back hallway that was cracked and I replaced it with a new cover.
The won doors through out the building were all opening and closing properly.
I had to tightened a few of the legs as needed on the classroom tables for them to be secured to the bottom of the tables.
FBJ32528 I found a new swivel microphone in the box in the material room and a good cord. I hooked it up in the Primary room and it is working good. I left the cord plugged up, but put the new swivel mic back in the material room. (completed)
I checked the thermostat controls through out the building and they are all working properly blowing cold air.
All the kitchen appliances are working good and no leaks were found with the plumbing under the sink.
I checked the baby changing tables and they were all good and tightly secured to the walls.
I checked the plumbing in the women's and men's restrooms and found no leaks. The toilets flushed properly.
The lights in the chapel and cultural hall are working with no problems found.
I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system and it sounds good.
I touched up some woodwork with stain on the sacrament table and the wall in the chapel that had scratches and discoloring on them.
