FBJ32178 I picked up the hymn number board from Douglasville to install in the Rome building tomorrow, but it was damaged. I noticed the damage when I was in Cedartown and reported it to Ms. Mary. She said that Debbie will pick it up from there and order a new one.
Buchanan Below:
The exterior lights on the building and the parking lot lights are working properly. There was a switch in the attic that was turned off and I turned it back on.
I checked the plumbing in the women's and men's restrooms and no leaks were found. All toilets flushed properly.
I checked the thermostat control in the cultural hall and it was set at 73 degrees and it was working properly blowing cold air.
I tightened up the outlets through out the building as needed in Buchanan.
I checked and tightened the screws on a few of the legs to the classroom tables as needed.
I had to adjust the strike plate on the door for it to shut tight. All other exterior doors were working properly.
I checked all the baby changing table and had to tighten one of the screws for it to be secured to the wall.
Cedartown below:
FBJ32213 The hole that I patched in the font area a couple of weeks ago needed to be painted. It has been done. (completed)
FBJ32207 The door to room M101 that was hard to close has been repaired. The key I had to use was really hard to open the door, but I was able to get it open and tighten the threshold so it is not rubbing on the bottom of the door anymore. I would suggest that a new key needs to be made. (completed)
I checked the plumbing in the restrooms through out the building and no leaks were found. I flushed the toilets and everything was working properly.
FBJ32377 The kitchen door latch had a spring missing. I had to put the little spring back into place on the medal prong that was causing it not to release. Now the door is working properly. (completed)
FBJ32211 I replaced the ceiling tiles in the clerk's office and the primary room that was damaged.
Worked 8 hours,
Jeff
