11/12/10 Ponce de Leon in Atlanta

On Friday I went to Ponce de Leon in Atlanta to do the following work orders.

Checked thermostats and all the HVAC systems throughout the building and all is working properly. (completed)

FBJ16514 Repaired all the classroom tables. I had to turn them upside down to tighten the screws on the table legs. (completed)

FBJ28740 Checked all the lights throughout the building and replaced 4 bulbs in the cultural hall. A few more light bulbs were burnt, but I did not have any more bulbs to replace them. (not completed)

Checked all the building vacuums upstairs and downstairs, they were all working properly. (completed)

Tested the EXIT and motion light and it is working good. (completed)

Checked all plumbing throughout the building. The lavatories in the women's restroom could not be fixed, I tried to tighten the value on the faucet but it would not move, because of the corrosion. Both lavatories need to have new faucets for them to work properly. (not completed)

Checked all doors, and adjusted the strike plates and door closers throughout the building for them to shut properly. (Completed)

Worked 8 hours
