The chapel lights were all lit up and no burnt bulbs were found.
Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse and the sound system in the chapel and they were working properly, but the satellite was not picking up a signal.
I checked the baby changing tables and tightened them to the wall as needed for them to be secured.
There was an outside light that was burnt and I had to replace the bulb with a new one.
FBJ29836 The drain issues still has not been taken care of, but the front lawn is looking real good for now.
I poisoned a couple of ant piles with Anthro ant killer.
I cleaned all the gutters and downspouts.
FBJ30076 I spoke with Chris and he said the parts needed to replace the light pole is on order.
FBJ29928 I cut down the dead tree that was in front of the lawn and threw the pieces I cut up into the dumpster. (completed)
I checked the thermostat controls in the building, they were blowing cold air and found no abnormal conditions with the outside A/C units.
I checked and adjusted the strike plates as needed on the exterior doors for them to close tighter.
I checked all the doorstops through out the building and they were in good shape.
I checked the won doors in the classrooms and they were opening and closing properly.
I had to tighten the legs on the classroom tables for them to be secured to the bottom of the table.
I checked the vacuum cleaners and they are all running good.
The exhaust fans needed to be cleaned in the women's and men's restroom, so I cleaned the filters and covers and vacuumed around the motors.
The kitchen appliances were all working good and no leaks were found with the plumbing in the kitchen or the restrooms.
