07.20.11 Rome

On Wednesday I went to Rome to do the following work orders and maintenance work in the building.

FBJ32140 The table that was broken in the cultural hall, it needed new screw holes to be screwed to secure the legs underneath the table. (completed)

I tightened the legs to the classroom tables to secure them to the bottom of table as needed through out the building.

FBJ32298 I checked the mother's room, women's and men's restrooms for the odor. I had to pour solution and flush it out with 2 gallons of water in each drain. I also checked the plumbing and found no leaks, everything was working properly. (completed)

FBJ32139 I changed the bulb in the exterior outside light that was burnt. (completed)

I notice the exterior door on the side of the old section was dragging and didn't want to shut properly, so I had to take the hinge off and file it down and put it back together.

FBJ32128 I checked the partitions in the cultural hall and they were opening and closing with no problem.

FBJ32132 The door closer in the men's restroom was loose. It was rubbing on the bottom of the door and I had to loosen the hinges and take the wedges out to tightened the hinges back to the door. (completed)

I tightened the screws on the baby changing tables to secure them to the walls as needed through out the building.

FBJ32133 The light making the loud noise by the FHC needed to have a new ballast replaced. (completed)

FBJ32130 The lights in the classrooms 101,102,104,105 and 106 were all working properly. (completed)

The lights in the cultural hall was all working properly. There was a couple of men working in the chapel and I noticed the light were all on, but a picture wasn't taken.

FBJ32138 I touched up the wet spot with some white paint on the ceiling in the chapel overflow.

FBJ31791 I noticed the mini-split unit has not been replaced.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
