07.25.11 Dallas

On Monday I went to the Dallas building to do the following work orders and maintenance.

FBJ32227 I replaced the weather stripping on the bottom of exterior door by room 104. (completed)

I noticed the exterior door by room 107 was missing the weather stripping on the bottom, so I also replaced it.

FBJ32226 I replaced the ceiling tile with a new one in room 110 that had a hole in it.
I repaired the ceiling tile in the foyer outside of room 105 that had a small piece missing. I had to measure and cut a small piece of tile to fit it. (completed)

I also noticed in the hallway in the corner there was a hole in the ceiling tile and I replaced it with a new one.

FBJ32220 I repaired the deep gorge in the door to room 113. I had to patch it with wood putty and stain it. (completed)

FBJ32228 I had to adjust the cylinder on the number 3 door in the cultural hall to let is release for it to shut properly. (completed)

The other two doors in the cultural hall were dragging and I had to sand it down and it is not rubbing on the frame anymore, but the two doors on the opposite side of the gym is warped. I also sanded it down the best I could, it is still hitting the frame on the bottom, but it does shut a lot better.

The cultural hall lights were all working properly.

FBJ32221 I replace the cracked light switch cover in room 114. (completed)

I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system and it all sounds good.

I checked all the won doors in the building and they are all opening and closing properly.

FBJ32222 I used the giant ladder to clean the bugs out of the pendant lights through out the chapel. (completed)

FBJ32218 I hung the clock in the Dallas bishop's office with an anchor and a screw into the sheetrock.

FBJ32225 As a reminder when the labels for (K) and (L) arrive for the YW cabinet doors please let me know when I can pick them up.

I checked the plumbing in the restrooms and flushed all the toilets and they are all working properly with no leaks.

worked 8 hours,

Jeff
