FM Atlanta Maintenance: 12/16/10 Cartersville ward and Stake Office

I went to Cartersville Ward to do the following maintenance and work orders. I also went to the Stake Office and did a walk through the building and everything seemed to be good. (completed)

FBJ13620 The leaking faucet outside the building needs someone else to look at it, because I wasn't able to repair it. I didn't see how I could take it apart to tighten the faucet, there was a cover over it. A picture was not taken, it started raining outside. (not completed)

FBJ16050 Finished taping and mudding the cracks in the primary room. An after picture was not taken. (completed)

Checked all the temperature controls, they were all good. (complete)

FBJ13590 Carpet is bad in different places of the building, it needs to be repaired. (not completed)

FBJ2904 Checked the carpet in the Cultural hall, it was bubbling and needs to be repaired.

FBJ13619 A cover needs to be ordered for the grand piano in the chapel. (not completed)

Checked the smoke detectors all were good. (completed)

Checked the fire alarm system and it checked good. (completed)

Checked all the fire extinguishers signed and dated the cards. (complete)
