12/20/10 Powder Springs

I went to Powder Springs to do the following maintenance and work orders in the building.

Checked all the plumbing through out the building in the restrooms and kitchen and found no leaks. (completed)

Tighten the bolts and nuts on a few of the seats of the chairs in the chapel. (completed)

Checked all the doors and had to adjust the strike plate on the one by the back door for it to close properly. All other locks, closers and door stops had no problems. (completed)

Checked all lights throughout the building and they were all working good. (completed)

Checked the sound system, satellite, pulpit control and fuse and all is working good. (completed)

Checked the HVAC through out the building and all, but one was not working properly. The HVAC in the high council room had no heat, someone needs to check on it. (not completed)

FBJ29073 I checked to see if the key that broke off in the back door lock had been repaired and is was done. (completed)
