FM Atlanta Maintenance: 12/03/10 Rome

On Friday I went to Rome to do the following maintenance and work orders in the building.

FBJ28992 The toilet in the women's restroom in the handicapped stall can be repaired with new bolts, nuts and gaskets by anchoring the tank back on to the toilet. I think we should see if this will work, before purchasing a new one. (not completed)

FBJ28823 Checked piano in the primary room, not sure if it in tune or not. The cover on the chapel piano was locked. (not completed)

Checked the lights in the hallways and all were working properly. (completed)

I replaced a bulb in the light of the men's restroom that was burnt. (completed)

FBJ28993 The outside drain for the fire sprinkler system had a drip and I had to tighten the drain valve inside the building for the leakage to stop. (completed)

FBJ28814 There was a few places with about 1/2" in gaps on the sidewalk, but to me it doesn't seem to be an issue at this time. (completed)

Checked the fire extinguishers through out the building and all was fully charged. The person who services the fire extinguishers came today and said they were fully charged and put new cards and signed them. (completed)

The outside light in front of the church needed a new light bulb. (completed)
