10.18.11 Cedartown

On Tuesday I went to Cedartown to do the following work order and maintenance in the building.

FBJ32794 The granite sign has not been installed yet, it is in the shed in a crate.

FBJ32216 I removed the two dead pine trees on the far side of the building and threw them in the woods. (completed)

I had to tightened the legs on the classroom tables as needed on a few tables for them to be secure.

I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse and sound system, it sounds good, but the satellite is not getting a good signal.

The lights in the chapel and cultural hall are working good.

The won-doors are opening, closing and latching properly through out the building.

Checked the font area and the valves and all is working good, no leaks found.

I checked the plumbing in the restrooms through out the building and they are working properly and the toilets flushed good.

I checked the exterior doors through out the building and adjusted the strike plates as needed for them to shut good and tight.

The vacuum cleaners had a good suction and were working properly.

The kitchen appliances and plumbing are working properly in the serving area and no leaks were found.

The sidewalk has been filed down to prevent a tripping hazard.

I checked the photocell and lights in the parking lot and they are working properly.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
