FBJ32741 This building has natural gas, but the gas line goes through the wall in a room to the furnaces. This is located next to the clerk's office. (completed)
The thermostat controls in the building were working good blowing cold air, except room 111.
The won doors through out the building were opening, closing and latching properly.
I tighten the screws on the legs of the classroom tables as needed through out the building for them to be secured.
The baby changing tables are good and tightly secured to the walls.
The plumbing in the women's and men's restroom was working properly, no leaks and the toilets flushed good.
There was a loose wire on the ballast in back of the church in the hall way and I had to tighten the wire nuts and it is working properly.
The outlets in the building all tested good.
FBJ32561 The A/C unit to room 111 is not cooling properly.
There were two spot lights out in the chapel and I had to use the extension pole and with the adapter to replace new bulbs. All other lights in the chapel and cultural hall are working properly.
I checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system and they sound good.
The appliances and the plumbing in the serving area are working properly and no leaks were found.
