10.19.11 Dallas

On Wednesday I went to the Dallas building to do the following work orders and maintenance work.

FBJ32898 I repaired the hymn book holder in the center of row seven. I also checked and had to tighten several other holders that were loose. (completed)

I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system and they sound good.

The lights in the chapel and cultural hall were all lit up working good.

I tested the basketball goals in the gym and they worked properly going up and down.

The outlets through out the building tested good.

I had to tighten the screws on the legs of the classroom tables as needed for them to be secured.

I noticed the lights in the serving area were burnt and I found a loose connection with the wire nut and had to tighten it. It is now working good.

The kitchen appliances and the plumbing in the serving area were working good, no leak found.

I checked the plumbing in the women's and men's restrooms and the toilets flushed good and no leaks were found.

The baby changing tables were tightly secured to the walls.

The wide area vacuum was clogged up and I to clean it out for it to have a good suction. All other vacuum cleaners were working properly with good suction.

I had to tighten a few screws as needed on the won doors for them to open, close and latch properly.

FBJ32913 The A/C in room 111 is still not cooling as good as the other side of the building.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
