10.05.11 Kennesaw

On Thursday I went to Kennesaw to do the following work orders and maintenance work in the building.

FBJ32853 I brought a wide area vacuum cleaner from Cartersville to bring to Kennesaw to replace the one that was broken. It would fit through the door of the custodial closet, so I had to put in room M102 by the library. (completed)

I checked the thermostat controls in the building and they were working properly blowing cold air.

FBJ32856 I didn't find a broken table around the building. I did tighten the screws on the legs of the classroom tables as needed for them to be secured to the bottom of the table. (completed)

FBJ32857 I left three handles in the RS room in door eight in the closet to put on the closet door as requested.

The baby changing tables were good and tightly secured to the walls.

The plumbing in the women's and men's restroom is working properly, no leaks found and the toilets flushed good.

The kitchen appliances and plumbing in the serving area were all working properly and no leaks found.

In the back of the hallway there was a light that was out and it had a loose connection on the wires. I had to tighten the wire nuts and put it back together and it is now working properly.

FBJ29996 The stage curtain still has not been repaired.

FBJ32838 I did not find a problem with the exterior light 7 & 8. I put the main breaker on to test the lights and they came on, as well as all the other lights. (completed)

I checked the outside A/C units and they sound good and seem to be all working properly.

I lubricated the pulpit control and check the fuse, satellite and sound system and they sound good.

The lights in the chapel and cultural hall were all working good.

I checked all the exterior doors in the building and I had to adjust the strike plate on one of the doors for it to shut tightly.

Worked 8 hours,

Jeff
