01.14.11 Cedartown

I went to Cedartown to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building. I went by the Buchanan building and spoke with Debbie and she said that there wasn't any work orders available for me to do.

FBJ13572 I checked the problem with the sisal hole in vestibule on the back of the building and spoke with Debbie and she said she will get me the product I need to repair the hole the next time I go to the building. (not completed)

FBJ29085 The cultural hall heating duct grill to the right of the font has been put back up properly. (completed)

FBJ29125 The problem with the microphone sliding down when lowered has been repaired. I had to put a longer screw in the side to tightened it, for the microphone to be adjusted so it wouldn't slide down. (completed)

The pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system are working properly. (completed)

FBJ29152 I hung up the picture of Christ on the wall in the Branch President's Office. (completed)

FBJ29194 Checked the cords on the vacuum cleaners and they are bad. I need to purchase new cords to repair the wide area vacuum and the other two the next time I go to the building. (not completed)

FBJ28813 The side walk is significantly lower and higher than the curb and needs to be ground down to be level. Debbie please call someone to repair this problem.

Checked the HVAC system through out the building and all are working properly with heat. (completed)
