1/7/11 Acworth

I went to Acworth on Friday and to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

FBJ28780 Ms. Mary will have someone else take care of locks and keys for the closets in the Relief Society room. (not completed)

Checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel, and all is working properly. (completed)

In the Cultural hall I used the giant ladder to replace a fluorescent high light bulb that was burnt. (Completed)

I noticed one of the lights in the cultural hall was about to fall out, so I had to get the giant ladder and put it back in the fixture. (completed)

Changed the two foot fluorescent light bulb in the women's restroom in the front of the building. (completed)

FBJ29196 Changed the ballast and replaced two new light bulbs in the women's restroom in the back of the building. (completed)

Checked the small classroom tables through out the building and tightened the screws on the legs as needed. (completed)

Checked the HVAC systems through out the building and all are working good. (completed)

FBJ28968 Installed the fire extinguisher in the serving area on the wall that was brought from the Douglasville building (completed)

Changed the light bulb that was burnt on the outside of the building. (completed)

FBJ29126 The problem with the basketball goal's switch has been repaired. There was a loose connection on the key switch that I had to repair for the basketball goal to work properly. (completed)

I lowered and raised the basketball goal using the key switch and it is now working without any problems. (completed)
