01.26.11 Powder Springs & Douglasville

On Wednesday I went to Powder Springs and Douglasville to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

I went to the Powder Spring building and tried to get the broken key out of the lock and almost had it, but the key slid back in. I spoke to Ms. Mary and she will be calling a lock smith to take care of the problem. (Not completed)

From Powder Springs and I went to Douglasville:

Checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel and all are working properly. (completed)

FBJ29302 I had to change two bulbs in the outside lights that shines on the front of the building that were burnt. (completed)

Checked all lights through out the building and all are working properly. (completed)

FBJ29229 I checked all four vacuum cleaners in the mechanical room and the upright roller needed to be cleaned and lubricated. All are now working properly but all have a lot of wear on them. (completed)

FBJ29159 Time did not allow me to replace the TP dispensers with residential type in the restrooms. I tightened the old holders and will complete the job next time I am in the building. (not Completed)

FBJ29195 Sprayed some graphite in the locks of all four doors and tried the key and it locks and unlocks the door properly. (completed)

Checked the HVAC systems through out the building and all are working properly with heat. (completed)
