02.01.11 Carrollton

Went to Carrollton on Tuesday to do the following work orders and maintenance work in the building.

FBJ29095 I tried to test the parking lot lights, and they came on for a couple of minutes but went back off, there may be a shortage in the wire.

FBJ29129 Checked for a phone line in the 2 red boxes in front of the church hall way and did not locate a phone line.

I spoke to Ms. Mary on the phone and she was told there was only one chalk board on wheels in the building. She asked me to look around the building to see if there were any more and I found three all together. One was located across from the library in the cubby hole by the classrooms and the other two was in the cultural hall.

I changed the light bulb and cleaned the globe in the font area closet. (completed)

Checked the plumbing for the valves to fill the font with water, kitchen and all the restrooms and in the building all are working good, no leaks. (completed)

Checked the basketball goals, I tested the switch to let the goals go up and down and found no problems. (completed)

Checked the lights in the attic and all are working good. (completed)

Checked the pulpit control, fuse, sound system and satellite and they are all working properly. (completed)

Checked the doors through the building and tightened the hinges and adjusted the stripe plates as needed. (competed)

Checked the door stops in the building and all look good and are tight. (completed)

Checked the lights in the chapel, cultural hall and through out the building and all are working good. (completed)

Checked the temperature control in the building and all are working properly with heat. (completed)
