FBJ29385 I had to replace the broken lock with a keyway rim cylinder (blank cover). I had to unscrew 6 screws to remove the handle of the door to get to the broken lock and then remove two more screws to get the lock off the door. And had to put it all back together and a spring on the handle came out and I had to take the handle where the latch was to get the spring back in it to put it all back together for the door to open and close properly. (completed)
FBJ29402 I checked the urinal in the men's restroom and it doesn't need a new flushmeter. I had to adjust the flow of the water with a screw inside the flushmeter for the urinal to flush properly. (completed)
Checked the plumbing in the women's restrooms all is working properly with no leaks.
FBJ29401 The new door at the Primary end of the building had to be filed at the bottom of the door so it would not rub on the threshold. It is now opening and closing properly without sticking. Sorry, no picture. (completed)
Checked the thermostat controls through out the building and all are working with heat.
Debbie call and asked me to check on a vacuum cleaner and the switch is messed up. The latch is about to break and the vacuum is in bad shape. I was able to get it to work for now, but don't how long it will last.
Checked the lights in the cultural hall and through out the building and all are working good.
FBJ29361 I put tape over the photocell to see which lights would come on, so I would be able to change the burnt bulbs, but nothing happened. Someone removed some screws that caused it not to work. According to the work order FBJ29403 Skip Mullis will be checking it the next time he comes to the building.
Worked 8 hours
