FBJ29388 The toilet was leaking from the back of the tank at the bottom and I had to tighten the bolts for the gasket to seal on the toilet for it to stop leaking. (completed)
Checked the plumbing for leaks in the men's restroom and found no problems.
FBJ29321 I caulked several cracks in the sidewalk that was more than a half inch with concrete caulking. The next time I go to the building I should be able to complete all the side walk issues.
I had to adjust the strike plate on the back door opposite of the dumpster for it to shut tight and properly.
I lubricated the locks on the back doors of the building. The set of keys I have opened the lock after that with no problems.
FBJ29389 I took the lock apart on the back door going towards the dumpster and sprayed and cleaned it with W-D40 and lubricated it. It is now working properly. The key that I used for this door was number 68, for this lock you have to push in the latch from the inside and once it is locked the key with open it. (completed)
I noticed the sheetrock in the baptismal font was torn from the ceiling and I used joint compound and paint to repair it.
Checked the pulpit control, fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel, and they are working properly.
Checked all lights in the building and they are working good.
Lifted the basketball goal up and down using the switch and it's working properly.
Checked the thermostat controls through the building and all are working with heat.
