03.04.11 Acworth

On Friday I went to Acworth to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

The thermostat controls are working good with heat through out the building.

FBJ29502 I checked on the back doors issue locking and unlocking it. The key I used is B4927-MKDB and it works with no problem on both of them.

Checked the attic lights and heating unit and they were working and sound good.

I checked the changing tables and they all were good and tight to the wall. I found no leaks in the restrooms with any of the plumbing in all areas of the building.

FBJ29473 I repaired the chair rail outside of the Primary room in a few places that was coming off the wall.

Tested all the parking lot lights to make sure they are working.

FBJ29532 Checked the stage curtain cable and I need to get new robe to repair it. I finish the work the next time I go to the building unless I am needed to go sooner.

Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system, all is working and sounds good.

Checked the lights through out the building and all are working properly.

FBJ29513 I cleaned and caulked the gutters at the corners and seams where cracks and holes were found that caused the problems with leaking. (completed)
