All thermostat controls were working properly with heat.

I had to reset three of the clocks to the correct time in the building and put a new battery in the Bishop's office.
FBJ29508 I verified the three emergency ballast were installed - Elect. in the lights in the hall ways. (Completed)
There was one light burnt in the RS room and I replaced it with a new bulb.
Checked the lights throughout the building and found one burnt bulb to be replaced and all others are working good.
The plumbing in the men and women's restrooms had no leaks and all was working properly.
Checked the outlets in the classrooms and they are all tested good.
I had to readjust the strike plate for the door to close tight and properly in the serving area and checked all other doors and they are closing good.
Checked the appliances in the serving area, the microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven range and all are working properly.
FBJ29524 The down spout on the gutters were stopped up. I had to clean the gutters out and the water should drain properly. When it gets a hard rain the down spout on the gutter from the main road, on the right side of the building is too far from the corner and it is possible it may over flow again, so I placed a few rocks down to stop the rain from washing away the mulch. (completed)
Checked the outside parking lot lights and they all tested good in the Buchanan building.
