03.01.11 Cartersvillle

On Tuesday I went to Cartersville to do the preparation for the Stake Conference.

Checked to see if all the clocks had the proper times and I had to change the batteries in two of the clocks and reset them.

Checked the thermostat controls in the building and they were all working properly with heat.

A few of the toilet paper dispenser were loose and I had to tighten them with a screw driver. Checked all plumbing in restrooms and no leaks were found, all were working properly.

The lights in the cultural Hall, chapel rostrum and through out the building and all are working properly.

Checked all interior doors and had to take the lock apart on one of the doors, lubricated it and put it back together. All other doors were locking and closing properly.

I had to adjust the strike plate on the door to make it close tight and properly. Checked all other doors and they are working properly.

I had to change a burnt hight light bulb by the Family History Center.

Checked the outside parking lot lights with the photocell or timer and they all were working good.

Did a walk outside the building and the grass was mowed, edges, trees and shrubs all looked trimmed and neat.

Checked and listened to the indoor and outside units for any abnormal condition and they sounded good.

I apologies for the pictures that were not taken below. The camera battery died before I was done taking pictures for the day.

Checked the basketball goals by lifting it with the switch up and down and they are working properly. I had to spray the bottom part of the backboard with adhesive spray to stick the bottom guard back on.

Checked and lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system, all are working good.

Tighten the legs on the tables as needed in all classrooms.

Worked 8 hours
