FBJ29564 I repaired the toilet seat in the Smyrna Ward meeting house. I had to drill a little hole and ran a white wire through the hardware that holds the toilet seat and bowl together, then I twisted it real tight and pulled it back together. (completed)
I also checked the restrooms throughout the building for leaks and all plumbing is working properly.
FBJ29665 The foyer lights were not working and I had an extra switch that I repaired it with and the lights are now working properly. (completed)
FBJ29668 The foyer lights on the other wall was also reported not working, but after I had repaired the switch on the opposite wall it is now working properly. (completed)
FBJ29546 The bottom of this downspout was stopped up with leaves, the back pressure made it come off the building. I had to unstop the drain and tighten the screw back up and tighten the downspout back to the building. (completed)
FBJ29037 I checked the outside light poles and they were painted and completed.
FBJ17863 I checked the sealing of the bricks and block exterior, caulking doors and windows and the building was pressure washed. (completed)
FBJ29267 I verified the roof leak was done. (completed)
I checked the lights throughout the building and found one bad ballast in the nursery. I changed it and all the lights are now working through out the building.
Checked the appliances in the kitchen, the stove, microwave and refrigerator is all working properly.
Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system in the chapel and all is working properly.
