I checked the thermostat control through out the building for heat and cool air and all is working properly.
FBJ29746 I got the key B4927-mkdb out of the key box and I had no problems unlocking and locking the door on both sides.
I also lubricated the lock. (completed)
FBJ29693 I set the thermostat to kick on the A/C and went outside to listen to it run and it seemed to be running properly. (completed)
FBJ29728 I repaired the flashing and gutters that the storm had damaged. I snapped the guards that are left on the gutters back in place. I also cleaned the gutters out, so the water should flow through the down spouts without any trouble. I tightened several of the screws on the ridge vents on the top of roof of the church. (completed)
I tested the emergency lights through out the building and they are all working properly.
FBJ29709 I checked to verify the emergency ballasts and I did not find any installed in the hallway lights.

FBJ29728 There were two fir trees that I had to cut up in pieces to remove them from the south side parking lot.
Checked the classroom tables and tighten the screws on the legs as needed.
Checked the appliances in the kitchen, the stove, refrigerator and microwave are all working properly.
Checked the plumbing in the restrooms throughout the building and no leaks were found.
Lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system and they sound good.
