04.14.11 Powder Springs

On Thursday I went to Powder Springs to do the following maintenance, work orders and prepare the building for the Stake Conference.

FBJ29515 I fogged the outside shed with the bug bomber.

I checked visual and audible inspection of the indoor and outdoor units and they all seem to be working with proper cooling performance.

The outside parking lights are working and the timers are set properly.

I notice one of the vents had fallen off the ease on the side of the building and repaired it by screwing it back on.

FBJ29649 I verified that the fire panel inspection was done. (completed)

Lubricate the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite and sound system and they all working good.

I checked the lights in the chapel, rostrum and cultural hall and had to change two four foot fluorescent lights in the chapel, and changed the bulb using the pole attachment in the rostrum and now all the lights are fully functional.

Checked the thermostat controls through out the building and they are all working properly blowing cool air.

FBJ29700 The tile had been repaired in the kitchen under the phone. (completed)

FBJ29708 I verified the emergency ballast has been installed. (completed)

FBJ29699 I was able to repair the lock on the door of the sports closet on the stage. I had to take the lock off the door to repair it and put it back on, no new lock is needed.(completed)

FBJ29698 I repaired the lock on the Lost Mtn clerk's office door with replacing the missing screws. (completed)

I checked and had to tighten the screws on the changing tables to the wall.

I stained the chips and scratches on the cultural hall/chapel doors across from room S101.

FBJ29542 Debbie had purchase a pole attachment for the light bulbs. (completed)

I placed the case of kleenex into the custodial closet that I had brought back from Cartersville.
