04.19.11 Dallas

On Tuesday I went to Dallas to do the following work orders and maintenance in the building.

FBJ29763 I had to mud, sand and paint the wall above the water fountain in the hallway. (completed)
Debbie and I are looking for the correct color for the sisal to match the wall to the other water fountain in the hallway to be repaired at a later time.

FBJ29710 I checked to verify that the emergency ballast was installed in the hallway light. (completed)

Debbie gave me a set of casters and asked me to put them on the bottom of a book cart in the primary room.

FBJ29762 In the Primary room under the picture of Christ I had to mud, sand and paint the wall. (completed)

I checked all the lights through out the building and no burnt bulbs were found, all lights are working properly.

I lubricated the pulpit control and checked the fuse, satellite system and sound system and all sound good.

I did a walk through the building and did some woodwork on the doors with stain as needed that had chips and scratches on them.

I checked the plumbing in the restrooms through out the building and all is working properly, no leaks were found.

I checked the appliances, the stove, microwave and refrigerator in the kitchen and they are all working properly.
